Return to Chrysalis

“Return to Chrysalis” won the 2023 Dave Williamson National Short Story Competition, the inaugural short fiction contest from the Manitoba Writers’ Guild.

The story tells the tale of a young gay actor who is forced to return to his small hometown on the prairies during the first COVID lockdown.
